Welcome to Embody Essence Facilitator Training (EEF Certification)!
Embark on a transformative journey of personal and professional development with our 7-month program, designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge to facilitate profound transformational spaces. Our comprehensive training includes 24 days of live training, structured to provide you with a deep immersion into embodiment practices and theoretical frameworks
The first 14 days of the training will be a co-living immersion, where you will engage in practical embodiment exercises with other students and delve into the theoretical underpinnings of each practice. This immersive experience will not only enrich your personal journey of self-discovery and integrity but also prepare you to design and lead your own workshops and retreats.
The initial 7 days will focus on you experiencing each practice yourself, offering you the opportunity to understand the transformative power of each practice.
The following 7 days are where the magic really begins to happen. This time is not only to focus on theory, but we will begin to develop the skills and confidence necessary to create and facilitate impactful workshops yourself.
Starting this second week, you will have the opportunity to begin creating and teaching your own workshops to the other students. This creates a unique environment where the students get a chance to test their facilitation skills and receive valuable constructive feedback to perfect their workshops and improve their facilitation skills.
Following the co-living training, you will have 6 months of guided homework assignments, with monthly online meetings to track your progress and provide support along the way. This period of self-directed study will deepen your understanding of embodiment practices and prepare you for the final phase of training.
The last 10 days of co-living training will sharpen all the practical and theoretical tools to be ready to facilitate as an Embody Essence Certified Facilitator and create your own workshops and retreats. These final days of the training will culminate in in-person exams and a certification ceremony for those ready to facilitate and create transformational spaces.
We want to give full attention to each single participants the course we will have a maximum number of 18 participants, so if you feel the call book your spot in advance.
The program
Week 1: A Journey into Love.
Our life it self is a journey into Love, Love is our essence and a life lived with Love lead as to experience fully our truth and it’s potential..
A big aspect of Tantra is self practice and discipline.. Just the power of love towards our self and life can help us to be really committed to our self growth and expansion towards our higher self, trough this devotion to Sādhanā we can find inner peace and connect deeper with our self and the others.
before to reach God we have to learn how to be humans, in this journey towards our authenticity we will have the support of our self practices and discipline, using it to create deeper connection with our self and each others, exploring our vulnerability, desire, powers and love, giving space to whatever is alive in the present moment fully expressing our truth, feeling the essence of Tantra.
Week 2: Letting go & New beginning.
We will be working on letting go of whatever is not need it in our life transform in growth use it as an opportunity to learn more while supporting each other on this process, re discovering our self and the beauty of learning, receiving and sharing our experience with others,
Starting this week, you will have the opportunity to design and teach your own workshops to your fellow students. This hands-on experience allows you to test your facilitation skills in a supportive environment and receive valuable constructive feedback. By the end of the week, you’ll be well on your way to perfecting your workshops and enhancing your abilities as a facilitator.
Last 10 days of co-living training: Be a leader create leaders.
Being a leader come with responsibility.
Responsibility as integrity, authenticity inclusiveness are essential to be a good leader.
In the last 10 days of our teacher training, we will focus on honing our skills to effectively share our unique gifts and experiences with others. As individuals, our mere presence and authentic living naturally impact those around us. As leaders, we have the profound ability to touch others’ souls by sharing what is deeply integrated into our own lives. Each of us possesses distinct gifts and life experiences that can empower others.
During these final days, we will explore the theory and practice of creating and facilitating workshops. This includes the opportunity to teach and co-teach your workshop with the support of the main teacher, allowing you to gain practical experience and confidence. We will cover essential topics such as establishing boundaries, providing aftercare, and addressing all critical aspects you need to be aware of as a teacher.
By the end of this period, you will have sharpened your tools and be prepared to create and facilitate impactful programs and workshops for groups. This hands-on experience will equip you with the skills necessary to inspire and empower others through your unique contributions.
After the training
Each participants of the course will get an individual assessment where there will be an authentic valuation from the main facilitator where will be discussed if you actually are ready to teach and facilitate group workshops and receive your certification or what would be most suitable next step to take for getting where you wish and everyone that have completed course will be able to keep the apprenticeship through assisting in any of our events or workshops, where you will get practical experience as a teacher and in some cases even be able to teach in our events or retreats.
